Vspolokh: Sorrow of the past

What is worse than flutes? Out of tune flutes. What is worse than guitar solos? Well, most things, but definitely guitar solos the guitar soloist can’t handle. What is worse than repeating the same question over and over again? Answering it with another question, what did you think?

Other than that, Vspolokh (bless you!) offers an otherwise OK platter of Scandinavian, “forest-y”, black metal. Apparently it can be called “pagan” metal nowadays. Fuck genre names. If you like bands like Allegiance, Vargavinter, Gehenna or early Naglfar, this might appeal to you. Check it out, the right vibe is surely there…but dudes, you gotta get rid of the fucken flutes.

7/10: Even though y’guys don’t suck dick, I dig your atmosphere. Russia is starting to look a lot less void of good bands.

After going thru that crap, you most likely wanna read something way more interesting. You do, admit it.
